The Roots Method
Assess. Build. Coach. Refine. Sustain.
The Roots Method begins with understanding you—how your body moves, what you need, and where you want to go. From there, we build an individualized path toward lasting strength, confident movement, and meaningful progress.

What your hour experience at Roots looks like.
Every session at Roots begins with you—how your body feels that day, where you are in your progress, and what your individualized program calls for.
Your training may begin with mobility, muscle activation, corrective exercise, breathing, stability, or movement preparation. From there, you progress into purposeful strength and functional movement designed around your goals.
Throughout the hour, your coach observes how you move and refines the session in real time. Position, resistance, range of motion, and exercise selection are thoughtfully adjusted to help you train safely, effectively, and with confidence.
You may train alongside someone following an entirely different program, using different exercises or weights. Each person receives coaching shaped by their own body, abilities, and goals.
Every session is designed to improve the way you move, build meaningful strength, and make your body more capable of supporting the life you want to live.
